The South Jordan Garage Doors LLC marketing SMS program provides promotional messages, offers, and garage-door-related content to people who choose to enroll. These SMS Terms apply to that program; service purchases are governed separately.
Voluntary enrollment
By separately opting in, you agree to recurring marketing text messages from South Jordan Garage Doors LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Reading these terms, calling for a quote, or providing a phone number without an SMS opt-in does not enroll you.
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number. If you change or give up the number, notify us so we can stop messages to it.
Frequency and costs
You will receive no more than two marketing messages per week. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier about charges.
Unsubscribe and help
Reply STOP to the sending number to cancel. You may receive one confirmation, after which marketing texts stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP or call (385) 534-5450 for assistance. You may also communicate a request to withdraw consent by contacting us; you are not required to use only one specific word or method.
Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on carrier networks and device availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies. We manage the program in-house through our internal CRM. Read our SMS Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy.
Program changes
We may update or end the program. A change does not authorize messages outside your consent, and any materially different messaging purpose requires the consent applicable to it. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
